Some countries such as Pakistan has a document type defined as “Family Registration Certificate” covers both marital status and birth. In such case, the application can be completed with this document. However, it is always advised to cross check the documents with an expert.

The marital status document is a type of document which shows that the applicant is married or single. Either status should be proved by a document, which shows the spouse and the date of the marriage.

Also, because she is not visiting Turkey, her passport copy should be notarized in Turkish Consulate in Saudi Arabia.

Children: As similar to parents, birth certificates should be attested at first Foreign Affairs Ministry of Saudi Arabia and then Turkish Consulate in Saudi Arabia.The children do not need to give power of attorney. However, if they are visiting Turkey their passports should be notarized in notary public in Turkey otherwise Turkish Consulate in Saudi Arabia.
