Marital status certificate and marriage certificate if married, divorce certificate if divorced, spouse’s death certificate if widowed.

A document showing the identity of the person, such as a birth certificate or a copy of the birth certificate. Application Authority and Procedure for Family Members in Turkish Citizenship
